The Everton chairman has piled masses of money into the club but they're just going backwards season by season
Any player they bring in seems to be immediately half the player he was at his previous club
There's something wrong in the culture of the club
Obviously we don't know what the security advisors know but it would appear to go beyond the usual fan anger when the club is in disarray
