Where are you all today?
We went to TGI Friday's to belatedly celebrate my birthday which was 2 days ago but I wanted both of my sons there and one was working away. He drove back from Northampton and arrived just in time to join us. My husband had told the restaurant that it was my birthday so I was presented with a birthday cake and balloon hat 
And in the end the love you take is equal to the love you make

Where are you all today?
Not been out today
Had yet another Council/Electric/Gas worker round this morning ....... this time it was the annual Gas Safety Check on the meter and any gas appliances (I only have the boiler)
Bit of a problem if you live in a Council flat ....... they can't leave you alone, someone is coming for something every few weeks. People who go oiut to work must use up most of their holidays taking days off for council workers to visit for something or other
The guy today did say that since Grenfell they're paranoid about gas and lecky safety...... we;ve also had posh new fire alarms fitted that are attached to the light fittings in 3 rooms

I've looked after the baby all day so that my son and his girlfriend could work on their garden. Firstly we walked up to a table top sale at the top of the village where I bought some toys for her to leave at my house.
Then I took her round to visit my mum.
Later after lunch, which she mostly got over herself and the highchair, we played with the new toys then watched Cbeebies. I never used to spend so much time entertaining my own children!
